If I could give them 0 stars I would. I just had the absolute worst experience there. The owner, Bob was very rude to my husband and me. We recently bought furniture from his competitor, and considered buying our umbrella from Green Lea since we needed it promptly and his was in stock. When we asked for service he was very short with us, as if he didn't want to answer any questions. When my husband asked why he was so rude, he told us we should just go and buy our umbrella somewhere else. As consumers, we are not obligated to any one retailer. It's a free and open market. And I don't expect to be treated disrespectfully for my choice. Green Lea certainly missed out on the opportunity to make $1600. Their loss. Go to Viking instead. They have the same products and at least they value your business.
