Last year for Thanksgiving I bought two plants from This store as well as the pots for which I paid a good amount of cash. The plants were delivered with no problem. A month passed by and one of the plants started dying. I went back to the store and the manager was very nice. He told me to send him pics and email that way he could help me with the situation. I sent the pics and no answer ten days so I went back next weekend and the owner was there. I was very happy so he could him to help me. He agreed to replace my plant but there will be a full charge for the services the same amount I paid before. I found it not acceptable he said that the plant was not getting wind which is not the case.I am a business owner as well and I treat my clients w respect his answer was if I was not happy with his service I could take my business somewhere else. I was polite and I left and decided to post this review for future clients that way they have no expectation from this Gardens Center.
