We purchased a crimson maple with a package that included planting and a total replacement in the event that something unfortunate happened to our tree. We have about $350.00 into this purchase. Early this spring we found that our tree is completely dead. We contacted Begick Nursery at first notice and are still waiting with our dead tree right in the middle of our front yard. I have called several times and have basically been getting the run around for more than 6 weeks. At first they tried to deny the warranty (It's a good thing that I kept my paperwork to prove it). Now they are saying that it's not their problem that this isn't being taken care of in the time frame that I had in mind. We had intended to purchase 4 apple trees this year and have them planted by Begick Nursery but taking our current experience into consideration will be taking our business elsewhere. I have asked if we could just have our money back...of course that isn't an option.
