They are very helpful as long as they are getting your money. I inquired about an item (which they said they would be discontinuing) and the manager refused to provide the manufacturer's name even though he said that he would not be continuing the product line. I had only asked in case I could not make it back to purchase the leftovers of what they had. Very disappointing and unbelievable for an established organization to act so slimy. Makes me wished I didn't make all those purchases I made in the past. After a little search I found the exact merchandise online (same size, style) but way less expensive than theirs. Their merchandise is nice but not many items there that you can't find elsewhere.
