Total:

The first two photos are a "premium" orchid that cost $125. All of the buds are torn off and only one flower. Most of the roots are rotten as well. The third and fourth photos are of another "premium" orchid with all of the buds torn off. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times; however, they refuse to respond. I purchase a lot of orchids from many sellers and this company is by far the worst. You are better off going to ebay or etsy to buy your plants.
