I love Steins! It makes me happy every time I go there. I can walk around no matter the season and always find something that is perfect. The staff is always helpful and willing to find an answer for me. A perfect example was last night...I was looking for a Marine statue that I had seen earlier in the year. I bought one previously for my brother in law last year as a Christmas gift and now wanted to purchase another one as a gift. The employee helped me look “outside” in the dark, cold garden center but did not find one. She then went to check if any other location had one. We didn’t have any luck but I call that customer service A+.

Just met JERRY SCHMITT @ IFE FLORICULTURE EXPO in Chicago. He is so very nice and easy to talk to. If everyone is like somehow like him, you certainly have a very friendly staff and if I am in your area, I sure would like to visit your garden center and buy your products for my friends nearby. We hope to have a great business relationship and I know that both of our companies will have a fruitful benefit for both. I will keep in touch with Jerry and send info about our bows.
