We had a tree planted by them last yr. w/ a 5 yr. warranty. It died. Went over to get a replacement and found we had to pay another $200 AGAIN for del. and planting. So that is $400 for a $96 tree! Asked for credit for flowers instead? no. This woman (Mrs. Vincent) is the rudest nastiest woman I have ever encountered. My husband is 74 with a bad back and she could care less. She was sarcastic, nasty, uncaring, rude and refused to consider any kind of credit. Tree or nothing! I will never go there again and this was the most vile woman I have EVER had to deal with. Their trees, plants and products are not good - the quality is very bad, everything fallen over and broken. And you shop at your own risk because this woman will not work with you at all - in fact, she goes out of her way to be cruel. Delivery and planting costs are outrageous and talking to older people like they're dirt is reprehensible. Go ANYWHERE ELSE bec. if you have a problem, she'll treat you like trash
