I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, shop at Houston Garden Center again. They apparently don't care about their customers. I spent $315 on a huge pot, a dolly for it and four bags of dirt. When I got it all home I realized I couldn't use the dolly. The refused to let me return it. The dang thing was $60.00. I might could see it, if it was a live plant or something that couldn't be restocked, but this was ridiculous. I will take my business to Maas Nursery from now on. Oh and don't even try to call. They make it almost impossible to find a phone number and then they don't answer it. Voice mail was full.

I recently bought almost $500.00 worth of plants, both flowering and greenery. The next day one of them of was TOTALLY DEAD! I tried to take if back and they said NO REFUNDS! I told the girl I had bought almost $500.00 and they would not replace a $5.99 plant that died OVERNIGHT. She said no..................call this number. I wasn't going to waste any more of my time calling a different phone number. If they cared about their customers they would have the replaced to plant. And I had my receipt showing I had purchased it the day before. I told her she could throw it in the trash, and I would NEVER BE BACK and I would also tell all of my friends and relative! Ridiculous...............they lost several customers because of this!

The management is totally awful they have no respect for their workers or the customers. Can talk to them cause they don't speak hardly any English. Brian is the main problem at the store.harassing all the women that come thru there .hr had been reported many times and only thi they will do is move him around to different stores.he is a lawsiut in the making. I would never recomnded the place to anybody I would tell everyone to beaware and find a new place to shop
